Barber and DeLine serves the upstate NY area including the cities of Ithaca, Syracuse, Cortland, Norwich & *Watertown NY and the counties of Jefferson, Onondaga, Tioga, Chenango, Cortland, Oneida, Broome, Tompkins, Cayuga, Madison, Oswego, Lewis, & St. Lawrence.

*Note that Barber and DeLine does not offer pump services in Watertown, but does offer drilling and water conditioning solutions.
